At Pitshop, orders are processed within 3–6 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier partner. All shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, Pitshop is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. Pitshop will not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In case an order does not reach the customer, they must contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date via our official Instagram page.
