Refund policy
At Pitshop, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- There is a size issue
No other reasons will be considered for exchange.
Exchange Timeframe
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, please message us on Instagram within 48 hours with the following details:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Reason for Exchange
- Clear photos of the product (mandatory)
Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Exchange Process
The exchange will be processed only after we receive the product back and verify its condition. The product must be unwashed, and in its original condition with the packaging intact.
Important Conditions
Only one exchange per order is allowed. Multiple exchanges are strictly not permitted. No return or refund policy — once purchased, items cannot be returned or refunded. Pitshop reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after inspection.
